While your previous 21-year-old Littlemill distillery release was vatted to display a standard profile, this pure, single-cask bourbon hogshead expression emphasizes a far more vibrant, intensely fruity, and unapologetically spicy side of the ghost distillery.

• Nose: Fresh and fruity. Apricot, juicy pear, a few drops of pink grapefruit. Soft wild honey and light floral orchard blossoms ground the sweetness
• Palate: Fruity, spicy. Apricot compote, pear syrup. A bit of citrus acid and sweet. The spirit is thick and oily, carrying a tingling firecrackers-like warmth
• Finish: Spices are always present, concluding beautifully on clean herbal tea and lime-zest sharpness
