Brief Tasting Notes
Finishing Talisker's intense, peppery coast spirit in sweet, nutty Amoroso sherry casks creates a stellar flavor balance. The rich sherry influence beautifully rounds out the volcanic spice and coastal smoke.

• Nose: Warming peat, raisiny, meaty and fruity aroma. It evolves with layers of dark cocoa, sea salt, and tobacco
• Palate: Thick and oil-slicked, delivering rich Christmas pudding fruit notes immediately pierced by an explosive wave of black pepper and sea brine
• Finish: Exceptionally long, powerful, and drying, leaving a persistent signature trail of chili chocolate, warm wood ash, and leather
